What if I kill a plant between visits?
Then we've chosen the wrong plant for you — that's on us. We'll swap it free on the next visit and pick something hardier. There's no penalty, no charge, and genuinely no judgement.
Do I need to do anything at all?
Ideally nothing. On the home plans we set everything up so plants comfortably last the month between visits. If a plant would appreciate a splash of water in a heatwave, we'll text you — that's the extent of it.
Do I own the plants and pots?
They're ours — that's what keeps swaps free and your space always looking fresh. Fall in love with a particular plant? You can buy it out anytime and we'll pot its replacement.
Which areas do you cover?
Glasgow and immediate surrounds. If you're a bit further out, get in touch anyway — if you're near an existing round, we can usually make it work.
Can I upgrade or get a fresh rotation early?
Yes to both. Add more plants or step up to a higher-appeal selection anytime — your subscription simply adjusts. Fancy a refresh before your scheduled rotation? A small early-rotation charge brings your next selection round ahead of time.
Can I cancel?
Anytime — plans are monthly rolling. We'll collect the plants and pots on a final visit and part as friends.
